About our 24FITClub Training Sessions
Our Coaches work as a team to ensure the best continued service and care for our customers. We always aim to schedule activity sessions around the needs / goals of our customers in an area. The availability of a 24FITClub area Coach is also taken in account.
This table below is only a suggestion of a typical last week activity plan that we will recommend for a customer that could be serious about specific fitness goals or preparation for a race or competition.

These Fitness Goals below are typical examples of how we help our customers to set realistic goals.
Then we present sessions and events to help them achieve those goals in a safe and importantly FUN way.
Setting clear goals along with milestones helps to keep them focused on working hard and not loose momentum.
We monitor our customer's progress to ensure we deliver the right activity and support aimed at their goal.

Our philosophy for sports and activities
We aim to create sessions with a good variety of activities to keep the FUN factor high and to ensure a well balanced level of overall fitness. "Power means more for performance if it come with balance, stamina and flexibility". This simply means that unbalanced development of the body can deliver less power than a body developed in balance ("less is more").
Similarly working for stamina and maintaining flexibility can greatly enhance an athlete's actual performance.
Training responsibly for overall optimal fitness can also protects an athlete from injuries.
We can also assist with further development of an athlete's conditioning program to prepare
for specific competitions, races or events.
Correct nutrition for sports or activities are crucial for optimal preparation before a race or competition,
performance during the a race or competition and also recovery after a race or competition.
We are also well trained to ensure that our customers are fueling their bodies correct for the level of activity they are doing.
We do not want to see any customer's hard work on the track or field get cancelled out by illness or injury.
We never forget that our bodies need to sufficient and proper rest to repair and cleanse our system after exercise.
Most people take part in sports or fitness activities for recreational purposes. Not everybody becomes pro-athletes.
We help our customers to plan their fitness goals around family and work commitments. Being active outdoors or taking part in sports as a family or community always is more fun and creates opportunities for building and strengthening relationships.
